SPLASH provides resources, self-help materials and information about specific Greenwich services to help you to take small steps that can lead to big changes.
SPLASH stands for Social Prescribing, Learning and Self Help and aims to prescribe and describe non-medical, non-pharmacological ways to sort out psychosocial problems, with a focus on learning and self help as its underlying principles.
SPLASH doesn't aim to provide information and answers to all your mental and physical health questions. For further information and advice about health, illness and health services go to the national NHS health information website www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.
